About Findingstrick Tree Service and How It Works
Who We Are
Findingstrick Tree Service is a referral service. We help homeowners in Spartanburg and the Spartanburg area reach independent tree removal providers. We are not a tree company. We own no saws, trucks, or chippers. We do not cut, climb, or haul.
Why This Site Exists
Hiring a tree provider is hard if you have never done it. Prices look random. Words like crown reduction and stump grinding sound like a foreign language. This site exists to say the price out loud and to make the first step easy.
Our short rules are simple. Price before cutting. Spot it early. Quote in writing.
What Moves the Price
No two trees cost the same. These things usually matter most:
- Size: Taller trees with wide trunks take more time and gear.
- Location: A tree over a roof or near power lines is harder than one in an open yard.
- Access: Tight gates and steep lots slow the work.
- Condition: A dead or storm-hit tree can be risky to climb.
- Extras: Hauling away wood and stump grinding often cost extra.
In the U.S., a single tree job often runs from a few hundred dollars to a few thousand. Large or hard-to-reach trees cost more. Treat this as a rough range, and get a written quote.
How Providers Are Matched
You call or send a request. You share your town, what the tree looks like, and what worries you. We pass those details to an independent provider in our network who serves your area. The provider then contacts you to set up a visit.
What We Ask of Providers
Providers set their own prices and schedules. We ask them to do a few basic things:
- Explain the plan in plain words.
- Put the quote in writing.
- Be honest about insurance and about what the job includes.
- Show up when they say they will.
What We Do Not Do
We do not do the work. We do not set your price. We do not promise a start time, because hours and schedules vary by provider. We are not an insurer. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
How We Are Paid
Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when a request turns into a job. You do not pay Findingstrick Tree Service to send a request. You pay the provider for the work, at the price in your written quote.
